2. Gym Membership & Use

  • WestFit is a 24/7 access facility
  • Memberships are month-to-month with no contract
  • Members must be 16 years or older
  • No children are allowed

All members are required to sign a liability waiver in person prior to using the facility.

WestFit reserves the right to revoke access for:

  • Non-payment
  • Rule violations
  • Unauthorized guest access

3. Payments & Billing

Memberships and payments may be processed through:

  • Gym Assistant (membership management system)
  • IPPay (payment processing)
  • Cash or check (in-person payments)
  • Failed or missed payments may result in loss of access
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled case-by-case

4. Guest Policy

  • Non-members must purchase a $5 day pass
  • Guests must follow all gym rules and policies

5. Merchandise Sales

WestFit sells merchandise through:

  • Shopify (online store)
  • In-gym honor system (QR code or cash)

For online purchases:

  • Orders are subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders

WestFit uses video surveillance for safety and security. By entering the facility, you consent to being recorded.

WestFit is not responsible for:

  • Injuries sustained during use of the facility
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Damages resulting from misuse of equipment
